Manager

Capture the meaning of a space before deciding how it should behave. Manager brings floor plans, rooms, device placement and design versions into a structured project workflow.

CAPABILITY STUDIES

Understand the principle.
See what becomes possible.

Purpose-built abstract views explain each capability. These are conceptual representations, not production interfaces or operational data.

01 / FEATURE EXPLORATION

A floor plan becomes a working model.

The spatial editor brings room boundaries, device placement and openings into one reviewable workspace. A designer can inspect the plan, adjust the model and carry its meaning into the wider engineering workflow.

Checks remain visible beside the design, keeping corrections close to the geometry and devices they affect.

02 / FEATURE EXPLORATION

Select from an engineering-aware catalogue.

Product families and categories give a designer a structured route through user interfaces, actuators, sensors and supporting infrastructure. Search and filtering narrow the selection before it becomes part of a project.

Catalogue selection complements the spatial editor: a product choice must fit its room, intended capability and installation constraints. Public diagrams explain the selection principle without publishing the internal catalogue.

03 / FEATURE EXPLORATION

Start with reusable space packages.

Room packages describe a repeatable starting point for common home types. Designers can use them to bring consistent coverage to bedrooms, living spaces and circulation areas.

A package is a starting specification, not a claim that every house is identical. The authored floor plan and actual requirements remain the basis for review.

SYSTEMS / IN DETAIL

Three versions. Three different decisions.

Spatial authoring connects a drawing to a commercial and engineering process. A design revision, an interpreted result and a quotation are separate artefacts: changing one should never silently imply that the others have been reviewed.

What happens when a floor plan changes?

The useful unit of review is the affected space and its requirements. Moving a room boundary can change device association and downstream quantities. An engineer must be able to inspect the interpretation and trace the proposal back to its source, rather than rely on a visually plausible drawing alone.

HOW MANAGER FITS
01

Start with the space

A floor plan provides the working surface. Room boundaries, openings and device markers turn drawing information into a project that an engineer can review.

02

Review the interpretation

Geometry and semantic meaning can fail in different ways. Keeping room polygons and device placement editable allows corrections before they are relied upon by downstream configuration.

03

Carry design intent forward

Room requirements, design versions and bill-of-material review connect spatial work to the proposal and engineering workflow. A drawing becomes a structured input, not a substitute for commissioning.
